for any group which wish to grow up there should be a strong and capable medical rep. that take the responsibility of promotion for our items ,for that our group have more than 40 employ in this department which take the priority of the group interest .our medical rep. is separated in all cites in iraq from north to south ,they are controlled by a supervisor and area manager in a pyramidical structure. they are doctors ,pharmacist ,dentist,and veterinary .which take a concentrated course in that job. in a different occasion.
This important department in our group which consist from 5 employ take the responsibility of finance and related issue ,also this department employ is trained periodically to ensure there qualification.
This department also is a very important one in our group which take the responsibility of staff training and development ,which manage by a professional trainer Mr. ABDUL AMEER ZOBOON SAAD and his team which do a different training periodically to ensure our staff quality in order to satisfy our group vision and our market need.
This department consist from 10 employs which arrange pyramidically ,they take the responsibility of warehouse like ordering ,loading ,emptying and other related issue .
this department is a very important one in our group, it consist from more than 30 employ around our country separated in all cites, they are man and women from different specialties like doctors,pharmacist ,and other ,take the responsibility of distribution our products in all our country ,they take an excellent and intensive course in selling skills in different occasion in different country. they are controlled by there area manager and supervisor which visit them periodically and they receive training periodically in the group office or outside iraq on the hand of professional trainer.
